QR affiliate program rules

Jael’s Beauty’s QR affiliate program is for fixed-location businesses and mobile partners. It is separate from the creator program and does not give customers a discount.

• Each account can have one current QR code. The salon can unassign, replace or swap codes; printed copies always follow the current assignment. Only use the code currently shown in your portal. Your account keeps its historical visits, bookings, earnings and payments when codes change.
• Codes open the normal salon homepage. A visit to the QR link counts as an open, not a unique person or a camera scan. Automated traffic may be filtered; counts are not a promise of payment.
• With the customer’s permission, the latest qualifying QR visit is remembered in that browser for 7 days. A booking within 24 hours is direct; a booking after 24 hours and no later than 7 days is indirect. The booking creation time—not the appointment date—sets the category. Consent refusal, private browsing, cleared cookies or a different device can prevent attribution.
• New bookings use the fixed direct or indirect reward shown in your account at booking time. Later rate changes do not change existing booking rewards. Unassigned, inactive or paused scans earn no new affiliate reward. A valid scan keeps its original affiliate when a code is moved, provided the account remains eligible at booking and no newer scan replaces it. A newer unassigned scan replaces an earlier affiliate claim. Unassigned visits and bookings stay in the salon’s reports and are never credited retroactively to a later assignee.
• A reward is pending until the appointment is completed and the final service bill is fully paid. Cancelled, no-show, test and zero-price visits are not eligible. Refunds, disputes, payment returns and competing creator claims can put a reward under review. Rescheduling or retrying the same reservation does not create another reward.
• The salon records actual external payments in the ledger. The website does not automatically transfer money or promise an immediate payout date. Contact the salon to arrange payment. A later reversal affecting a paid reward is flagged for review, not automatically debited.
• Do not create fake visits, self-generated test bookings or misleading advertising. Advertise only services and offers approved by the salon. Do not collect customer payment details or claim to be the salon.
• Your portal shows your account, code, aggregate results and anonymized reward records—not customers’ names, phone numbers, services or payment credentials. Account participation does not enroll anyone in marketing texts.
• The salon emails a private invitation to your saved address. Completing password setup verifies that address. Sign in with your email or unique saved phone number and password. Do not share passwords or invitation links. Ask the salon to correct your contact details.
• Account invitation and password-reset emails support your access. Daily summary emails and texts are optional and chosen separately in your portal. Summaries report the previous New York day’s QR visits and attributed bookings, plus current total direct and indirect earnings. Daily visit history starts when this feature is introduced; older visits are not assigned invented dates.
• SMS program: Jael’s Beauty affiliate summaries, up to 1 message per day. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Text consent is not a condition of participation or rewards. Change email/text preferences in your portal; a prior phone opt-out still applies. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
