Jael’s Beauty · Effective October 10, 2026 · Version 2026-10-10-v1

Creator account Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern creating and using a Jael’s Beauty creator account. Please read them before checking the acceptance box on the account form. The account is a place to submit your profile and, if approved later, manage creator-program activity.

What accepting these terms means

  • You agree to provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the portal honestly.
  • Jael’s Beauty may contact you about your account and creator-program activity using the contact details you provide, as explained below.
  • An account alone does not approve you for a campaign, promise earnings, or enroll you in marketing texts.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

“Jael’s Beauty,” “we,” and “us” refer to the salon operated by sole proprietor Koura Zerbo at 509 Willis Ave, 3rd Floor, Bronx, NY 10455. “You” means the person creating or using the creator account. When you check “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions” and submit the sign-up form, you agree to this version electronically. We record the version and time of acceptance with your private account.

These terms govern account access and use of the creator portal. The separate Creator Program Terms govern post requirements, referral tracking, campaigns, content days, commissions, and payouts once you choose to participate. Customer bookings are governed by the salon’s website terms. If specific approved campaign terms address a campaign detail, those terms apply to that campaign.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. Create an account only for yourself, using a name, email address, and phone number that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person or create duplicate accounts to obtain benefits. Give us current information and update it when it changes. You can update your contact phone in portal Settings; contact us if your email address or account ownership needs correction.

You are responsible for the public social-profile links you submit and for having the right to represent those profiles. If your phone number is reassigned or you lose access to your email, tell us so we can avoid contacting the wrong person and help secure your account.

3. Account access and security

Self-registered accounts require email verification before sign-in. Verification and password-reset links are time limited and may be used only for your account. Keep your password and private links confidential; do not share your login or let anyone else operate the account as you. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification or temporarily restrict access while we investigate an account-security concern.

You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent it results from our own failure to protect the service. An account does not give you access to salon owner tools or another creator’s private information.

4. Permitted use

Use the portal to maintain your own creator profile, review approved opportunities, submit genuine post links, request content days, and review your own referral and commission information. Do not submit false, stolen, duplicate, or misleading proof; manufacture clicks or bookings; misuse referral codes; probe another account; attempt to bypass access controls; introduce malicious software; or interfere with the portal. Do not scrape private portal data or use the portal to send spam or violate another person’s rights.

We may review submissions and correct errors, reject invalid proof or activity, and take proportionate action to protect the salon, customers, and other creators. Dashboard counters are operational records and may change after review, cancellation, payment, refund, or correction.

5. Creator-program participation is separate

Creating or verifying an account does not make you a paid partner, reserve a content day, provide a referral code, or guarantee a campaign, free service, discount, commission, or minimum earnings. You must complete the separate program onboarding, accept the Creator Program Terms, and receive salon approval and campaign enrollment before program benefits begin. The program terms and the recorded terms of each enrollment govern eligibility and payment. Nothing in account creation makes you an employee or authorizes you to bind the salon or promise a customer a particular price or result.

6. Profiles and material you submit

You retain your rights in your name, introduction, profile photo, and original content. By submitting them, you give Jael’s Beauty permission to store, display within the private portal and authorized salon tools, and review them for account and program administration. By providing a public post link, you allow the salon to open and review that post and its publicly visible information. This account agreement does not give the salon a general right to repost your work in advertising; any separate use should be agreed with you.

Submit only material you have the right to share. Do not upload another person’s private details, customer photos, or protected content without the necessary permission. Your own social posts remain subject to the rules of the platform where you publish them and, if you join the program, the Creator Program Terms, including honest promotion and clear partnership disclosures.

7. How we may contact you

Email: We use the email address you give us for verification, password recovery, account security, changes to your account or terms, and direct administration of a creator relationship you request or join. If you participate, these messages may concern profile review, campaigns, post proof, content days, referrals, commissions, and payout questions. Keep access to that inbox so you can receive important account notices.

Phone calls: Salon staff may call the phone number you provide when reasonably needed to follow up on your account, application, scheduled content day, or a program or payout issue. Provide a number where you can be reached and tell us if you prefer a different contact method. Portal notices may also be used for account and program updates.

Texts, WhatsApp, automated calls, and promotions: Entering a phone number or accepting these account terms does not opt you into SMS, WhatsApp, automated or prerecorded calls, or promotional messages. We will seek any separate permission required before using those channels. Marketing email, if offered, is distinct from the account and program notices described above and can be declined or unsubscribed from as applicable. You can contact us about your communication preferences. Necessary security and account notices may still be sent by email while your account remains open.

Delivery of email or calls depends in part on the contact details and services you use. If we cannot reach you about a required account or program issue, access or a pending request may be delayed until the information is resolved.

8. Privacy and outside services

Our Privacy Policy explains what account and program information we collect, how we use it, the essential sign-in cookie, and the service providers involved. Your creator profile is private to you and authorized salon staff; we do not publish a public creator profile page through this portal.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and any payout provider have their own services and terms. Providing a public profile link does not connect your social account or give us your social password. If you later choose Stripe Connect for eligible payouts, Stripe handles its own onboarding and banking details under its separate terms. We are not responsible for an outside platform’s availability or rules.

9. Suspension and account closure

You may stop using the portal and ask us to close your account using the contact details below. We may suspend or close an account for material misuse, false information, security risk, violation of these terms, or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and give you a way to ask for review. Closing an account does not erase records that we need to retain for security, legal, tax, payment, or dispute reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Account closure does not itself forfeit a commission that was already earned under the applicable Creator Program Terms. Pending or disputed amounts remain subject to the recorded program rules and normal review.

10. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the portal available and accurate, but maintenance, errors, and outside-service outages can interrupt it. No displayed estimate, click, booking, or pending commission guarantees payment. Report a material account or earnings discrepancy so we can review the underlying records. To the extent allowed by law, Jael’s Beauty is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party social or payment services or by your misuse of your account. Nothing here removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these account terms as the portal changes. We will show the new effective date and version on this page and give notice through the portal or the contact information on your account when a change materially affects your use. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date; they do not silently replace the terms recorded for an earlier booking or earned commission. If you do not agree to updated account terms, stop using the portal and ask us about account closure.

New York law governs these account terms, except where another law must apply. If a concern arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive your right to seek relief in a court with jurisdiction.

12. Questions and requests

Contact Jael’s Beauty at kourazerbo3@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page about account access, these terms, a communication preference, or an account closure request. Business address: 509 Willis Ave, 3rd Floor, Bronx, NY 10455.
