Installation
Choose the listed installation type that matches your wig. If you do not know which construction you have, ask us before booking rather than guessing.
Preparation & styling
Standard Wig Preparation includes knot bleaching, hairline plucking or customization, and lace preparation under the current booking terms. Check whether basic or advanced styling is part of the specific option you select.
Cleaning & repair
Light Cleaning removes residual glue from a wig.
Full Cleaning includes washing and drying the wig.
Cleaning and repair choices include required preparation and styling selections in the complete booking estimate. Describe an unfamiliar issue to the salon before choosing repair work.
Quick Weave & Sew-In
The current descriptions include the braid-down and foundation. Bring your own clean, dry extensions and review the selected service’s questions and total in booking.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Bring the right hair and follow your selected instructions
Clients provide their own wig or hair. For work involving your natural hair, arrive with it clean, dry and detangled; natural-hair washing, conditioning, blow-drying and detangling are not provided. Advance preparation and same-day preparation are different arrangements. Follow the instructions displayed for the specific service you choose.

Common questions
Do I bring my own wig?
Yes. The current booking terms say clients provide their own wig and hair. Check your selected service’s requirements before your visit.
Can you wash my natural hair during a wig appointment?
No. Natural hair must arrive clean, dry and detangled. Wig cleaning is a separate service and does not include natural-hair washing.
Do all wig services require advance drop-off?
No universal drop-off deadline applies to every service. Read the instructions for the specific preparation or installation choice, and contact us if you are unsure.
Is a cleaning or repair price the whole total?
Cleaning and repair bookings include required preparation and styling choices. Review the complete estimate in booking before confirming.
